Contact the desk

One address, read by the desk. Corrections are the most useful thing you can send, and they are the ones that get answered first.

The desk can be reached at [email protected]. There is no form on this page, because a form would collect more about you than an email does and would not make the reply any faster.

Corrections

These are the most valuable messages that arrive. To make one easy to act on, include three things: the page, the sentence you are disputing, and the source that contradicts it. A correction with a primary source attached usually results in an edit the same day. A correction without one takes longer, because the desk has to find the source itself before it can change anything.

Disagreements about interpretation are welcome too, and they are treated differently from factual errors. If a report draws a conclusion you think does not follow from the mechanism it describes, say which step you think is wrong. That kind of message frequently improves a page more than a factual fix does.

Questions about a mechanism

Questions about how something works on Solana are read, and the useful ones tend to become sections in existing reports rather than personal replies. If a question arrives more than once, that is a strong signal the desk has explained something badly, and the fix belongs on the page rather than in an inbox.

Please do not send account details, private keys, seed phrases or wallet addresses. There is no situation in which this desk needs any of them, and anyone who asks you for them is not this desk.

What will not get a reply

  • Requests for trading advice, entry prices, token opinions or anything resembling a recommendation.
  • Requests to diagnose a specific failing transaction. The diagnosis reports exist so you can do it faster than anyone can do it for you.
  • Offers of paid links, guest posts, sponsored placement or reciprocal linking arrangements.
  • Requests to add ratings, testimonials or user counts to any page.
  • Anything asking the desk to confirm that the network is currently up or down, which it has no way to know.

Response times

This is a small desk and replies are not immediate. Corrections with a source are handled first, questions that improve a page are handled next, and everything else is read without necessarily being answered. If a message goes unanswered it is not a judgement about the sender; it usually means the answer already exists on a page and was better spent improving it.

A note on urgency

If you are in the middle of a bad session, email is the wrong tool. Run the isolation sequence, resolve your outstanding signatures, and check the operator-published status property. Those three actions will tell you more in ten minutes than any correspondence can, and they are the same three actions the desk would suggest in a reply written an hour later.
